Reporting Script Errors & Bugs

To help administrators and script authors troubleshoot effectively, please include detailed reproduction steps:

• Step-by-Step Context: Describe the exact steps you took leading up to the error. Detailed descriptions reduce diagnostic time significantly.

• Server-Level Warnings: Server management issues that do not directly break script functionality (or those easily resolved via a server upgrade) may be deprioritized.

Installation Assistance & Security Notice

If you are requesting hands-on installation support from an author:

• Required Credentials: You may need to share FTP or cPanel login credentials via private message.

• Backup & Testing Notice: This platform is not responsible for data loss in your file directory or database. We strongly recommend providing access to a test environment rather than a live production site. If requesting help on a live site, notify the author in advance.
